This is a Swimmer 1 class with a maximum of 3 people.
This beginner 30 minute swim class is designed to help children become confident and comfortable in the water. Swimmers will learn to safely jump into chest-deep water, both with and without a PFD. They will develop underwater skills such as opening their eyes, exhaling, holding their breath, and retrieving objects from the bottom. The program focuses on building foundational swimming techniques, including front and back floats, glides, and kicking on the front, back, and side for distances of 3 to 5 meters.
