Description
This 45 minute class, with a 10:1 ratio, designed for adults ready to build deep-water confidence and refine their strokes, this 45-minute class focuses on improving front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke arms with breathing over 10–15 meters. You'll boost fitness through interval training (4 x 25 meters kicking and crawl), recover objects from chest-deep water, and support yourself at the surface for up to 2 minutes. Additional skills include handstands in shallow water, stride entries, and eggbeater kick, all while working toward a continuous swim of 25-50 meters.
