Fully BookedThese confident young swimmers (ages 3-5) are ready for more adventure as they practice a forward roll entry while wearing a personal flotation device and holding their breath underwater for up to 10 seconds. In this 30 minute class (with a class ratio of 4:1), they'll develop their skills with longer front and back crawl swims, engage in interval training, and enjoy the fun of learning the whip kick. They'll also work on treading water for up to 10 seconds, submerging and retrieving objects from chest-deep water, and gliding on their side while swimming short distances with a PFD.
