Description

Take your swimming to the next level in this dynamic 45-minute class (with a ratio of 10:1) designed to build endurance, refine technique, and boost water confidence. Swimmers will work toward continuous swims of 100 to 300 meters, incorporating interval training and sprint sets of 25 to 50 meters. You'll master front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, while also learning advanced skills like underwater swimming, eggbeater kick, and compact and stride entries. Expect to support yourself at the surface for up to a minute, perform handstands in shallow water, and show off with cannonball and front roll entries into deep water. This level focuses on smooth, recognizable strokes and encourages swimmers to set personal goals while improving overall fitness.
