Description
This is an Adult Swim 1 class with a maximum of 3 people.
This 30 minute class is designed for adults who are new to swimming or looking to build confidence in the water. You'll learn the basics at your own pace, including front and back floats, glides, and flutter kick. Practice breath control, jump entries into chest-deep water and retrieving objects from the bottom. You'll also work on short swims (10–15 meters) on your front and back and improve your fitness with gentle interval kick training. No previous experience needed—just a willingness to learn in a supportive environment.
