This 45-minute class is designed to enhance swimming endurance and technique through focused instruction on proper arm, leg, and breathing mechanics. Participants will work toward confidently completing 50-meter distances while refining their strokes through targeted drills and progressions. Emphasis will be placed on stroke correction and technical improvement in front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, and breaststroke. Class ratio is 10:1.
