Description

This 30 minute class builds on the skills from Swimmer 1 and builds comfort and skill in both shallow and deep water with a class ratio of 6:1. Swimmers will practice safe entries, including sideways jumps with a PFD, and develop breath control, surface support, and object recovery. They’ll learn vertical whip kick, front and back crawl up to 10 meters, and be introduced to flutter kick interval training.
