Description

This 30 minute class (with a ratio of 8:1) builds deep-water confidence and introduces key skills like treading water for 30 seconds, handstands, in-water somersaults, and 5 meters of underwater swimming. Swimmers refine front crawl, back crawl, and whip kick over 10–15 meters, and progress through flutter kick interval training up to 4 x 15 meters. They’ll practice side glides, and a 25-meter swim.
