Fully BookedThis 30 minute class (with a class ratio of 8:1) focuses on skill development, endurance, and safety. Swimmers will refine front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke arms with breathing over 25 meters, practice whip kick on their front, and complete 5-meter underwater swims. Safety skills include putting on a PFD in deep water and training includes interval swims (4 x 25 meters) and front crawl sprints.
