Elevate your lifesaving skills with the Bronze Cross course, where you'll develop advanced knowledge, fitness, judgment, and rescue techniques in an aquatic environment. Learn to perform complex rescues, work effectively in a team, and apply advanced lifesaving strategies in challenging situations. Strengthen your endurance and refine your stroke efficiency as you complete a 400m swim in 11 minutes. This course builds the confidence and expertise needed for real-world rescues and is a key step toward becoming a certified lifeguard.
Attendance: 100% attendance and Participation is required to be successful in this course.
Proof of Identity: Participants are required to present valid government-issued photo identification to the course instructor at the start of the course. Acceptable forms of ID include a Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or other official government-issued identification.
Prerequisites: Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid
