The Fit Female Club is not just a fitness class; it's a journey towards healthier habits. This small group personal training program will not only help participants to work towards their goals, but also guide them on healthier eating choices. Participants will be part of a supportive community, sharing their experiences and learning from others as they progress in their fitness journey. Led by a City of Barrie Fitness Instructor and Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP). (PAR-Q completion required for participation)
