A gentle form of Yoga performed sitting in a chair or standing and using the chair for support. Learn a variety of postures, breathing techniques and methods of relaxation. Improve strength, flexibility and balance. Ideal for those who have issues with balance, cannot stand for an extended period of time, or who cannot get down to the floor on a mat.
