This low-impact aquatic class is perfect for older adults and those with mobility challenges. Enjoy the benefits of aquatic fitness - improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and building strength through water resistance. Buoyancy supports your body, making movement easier with less impact on joints. This class takes place in the smaller, leisure pool at Audley with easy ramp entry. Aquatic wheelchair is available.
