Description

Get all the benefits of working with a certified fitness professional in a group setting. Your trainer will introduce you to a variety of fitness programming throughout this 12-week session to boost metabolism, enhance bone density and promote overall well-being. Two sessions per week. Maximum 6 participants. Sessions will take place in the McLean Fitness & Health Centre in a co-ed environment.
