Enrollment opens August 20, 2026 at 7:00 a.m.This high-energy class combines easy to follow dance moves with Latin and International music to torch calories and unleash your inner dancer. Routines follow a variety of tempos, exploring both slow and fast rhythms to improve cardiovascular fitness. No previous dance experience necessary. This class incorporates optional hand weights.
