Description

This calming practice is designed to restore the nervous system and release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Restorative postures are supported by props and held for a longer duration to gently stretch the body, and achieve deep relaxation. Appropriate for participants of all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and small pillow.
