Lifeguard 1 - Bronze Medallion, EFA & CPR-B ($)

The Bronze Medallion award is the first mandatory course on the road to becoming a qualified lifeguard! This course will evaluate a variety of rescue techniques, resuscitation standards, tows, carries, defenses and releases, and physical fitness. Emphasis is placed on identifying the difference between a lifesaver and a lifeguard. Pre-requisite: 13 years of age by exam date and RED CROSS SWIM 10, LIFESAVING SWIMMER 6 or equivalent. 100% attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
