Description

This program is a prerequisite to purchasing a Fitness & Health Centre membership for teens 13 to 15 years of age. Participants learn how to exercise safely, select appropriate weight and exercises, as well as basic anatomy and exercise techniques. This is a 4-hour program. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions. Ages: 13-15yrs
