This high-energy class combines easy to follow dance moves with Latin and International music to torch calories and unleash your inner dancer. Routines follow a variety of tempos, exploring both slow and fast rhythms to improve cardiovascular fitness. No previous dance experience necessary. Optional hand weights are incorporated into this class.
