Description
Earn your N.L and become a certified Lifeguard! This course consists of teamwork, leadership, communication, accident prevention, and fitness components. Students will research the legal aspects of becoming a lifeguard and learn accident recognition and response skills. Pre-requisite - 15 years of age by exam date, Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid & CPR C (Standard First Aid & CPR C must be either: Lifesaving Society, Red Cross, St. John Ambulance or Canadian Ski Patrol). Qualifications must be sent to qualifications@ajax.ca 5 days prior the course start date. 100% Attendance is mandatory.
