Up the intensity! Complement your fitness centre workout with power, agility and balance with this self-directed circuit format. We provide the equipment, the music and the space. Bring a friend or tackle the circuit on your own. Using hurdles, kettlebells, agility ladders, skipping ropes and more, you can experience a different workout every Sunday!
