Ready to tackle your fitness goals? This program is designed for women of all fitness levels to gain strength, confidence, and camaraderie. Using a variety of equipment, the classes focus on strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and functional movement patterns to progress participants towards their optimal fitness level. Each class starts with mobility movements to prepare for exercise and finishes with therapeutic stretches to round out the perfect session.
