Description

A mind/body training experience designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility and coordination with a focus on core muscle conditioning. Appropriate for participants who have completed Mat Pilates - Beginner or have a sound understanding of basic Pilates principles and alignment. The sessions are progressive and may include the use of foam rollers, weighted balls and therabands. Please bring a mat.
