STB Jr combines fun and fitness to teach essential lifting skills while ensuring safety through proper form and technique in a small group environment. Your instructor will guide the class through dynamic, age-appropriate workouts designed to boost strength, endurance, mobility, and confidence in the weight room. Parents can have peace of mind knowing their child is lifting safely and effectively.
Strength Training Basics Jr is a two-week registered program. Each class has a maximum of five participants to ensure individualized attention. At the end of the program, each child will receive a personalized training plan. Participants must have first taken the Youth Strength Training program.
