ARC Super Skate

This party takes place at Abbotsford Recreation Centre (2499 McMillan Rd.). The skating portion of the party takes place on the Ice Experience, followed by celebrations in a private party room. CAPACITY: 40 people total, adults included. Party packages include the number of children specified at registration. Additional children may be added and paid for at the front desk on the day of the party, to a maximum of 24 children. The fee for additional children is $8.10 per child. BOOKING LIMIT: Due to high demand, families are limited to one birthday party booking per day. Any duplicate birthday party bookings made for the same family on the same date will be cancelled. INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING: Exclusive use of the Ice Experience during the first hour of your party, skate rentals, helmet rentals, private party room with tables and chairs PARTY SCHEDULE: Hour 1: Skating on the Ice Experience. Hour 2: Cake, gifts, and celebrations in the party room. IMPORTANT – Party hosts are responsible for bringing their own party supplies, including but not limited to: cake and cake knife/server, candles and lighter/matches, plates, cups, bowls, and serving trays, cutlery and serving utensils, napkins and tablecloths, decorations and balloons (subject to facility rules) CHECK-IN & SETUP: Party hosts may access their party room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. To ensure the next booking can begin on time, all guests, decorations, and belongings must be removed from the space within 15 minutes after the party end time. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations, transfers, or changes to guest numbers must be requested at least 7 days prior to the party start time to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations and transfers are subject to a $5 administration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for changes requested less than 7 days before the party.
