How can we turn everyday items into meaningful symbols of identity? This activity invites participants to design and create a wearable piece of art using paper, ribbon, cardstock and other accessible materials into adornments such as cuffs, brooches or pin badges. With the help of a presentation on iconography in art and a brief dive into heraldry to guide and inspire participants.
This workshop is designed for participants aged 16 and up. Participants under 16 are welcome to attend when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pre-registration required.
