This presentation will explore how emotional support, anticipatory grief education, and community connection can strengthen caregiver well-being and resilience while caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness. It will also discuss why the grief journey should never be walked alone. With a focus on seniors aged 55+ in the community, Abbotsford Hospice & Grief Support Society aims to empower, educate and reduce isolation for caregivers throughout their journey.
