Skaters will continue to develop power and speed in this level through edges, turning and body control. Bike helmets are not allowed during Learn to Skate Lessons. Please bring your own CSA Approved Hockey helmet. Helmets and skate rentals are available for an additional fee, however please note we only have a limited number of helmets available. a
