Description
In this fun, hands-on session, children will explore simple ways to understand and manage stress. We’ll start with playful breathing activities like Straw bubble breathing and box breathing to help kids learn how to calm their bodies anywhere even at school. Then we’ll explore feelings through a “Taming the Worry Dragon” activity, where children identify where they feel emotions in their bodies. To finish, each child will make their own stress ball using playdough and balloons to take home. This session is designed to be creative, supportive, and empowering for young learners.
