Description

Calling all triathletes, past competitive swimmers and recreational swimmers who want a great workout; our Master swim program is a swim practice that is designed to develop general strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Each practice is led by an experienced coach and designed for those with past experience with swimming as well as those who love to swim for fitness. This program is designed for people who want to improve their stroke technique and endurance. All four strokes will be used in the practice, but you do not have to be competent in all to join. Registrant must be able to complete 4 lengths of the pool in a continuous fashion.
