Description

This essential program equips youth aged 13 to 15 with the knowledge and confidence to use the weight room safely and independently. Led by a certified fitness leader, participants will receive a guided tour of the facility and hands-on introduction to equipment and workout etiquette. Intensity Level: 2 – Light to moderate effort What to Expect: Learn proper technique and safety protocols Try out equipment under supervision Build confidence for independent workouts Required for all teens aged 13–15 who wish to use the weight room What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire
