Description
This essential program equips youth aged 13 to 15 with the knowledge and confidence to use the weight room safely and independently. Led by a certified fitness leader, participants will receive a guided tour of the facility and hands-on introduction to equipment and workout etiquette. Intensity Level: 2 – Light to moderate effort
What to Expect:
