Shallow Waterfit
This class provides a variety of moves for a total body workout. Classes include a short warm-up, cardio, muscle toning and cool down time. Upon arrival aquatic staff will direct you to the appropriate area of the pool. There will be no equipment used during these workouts besides pool noodles (on occasion).
