Mates Gold

This level is recommended for children who are 24 to 35 months that have previously completed Mates Silver. This swimming lesson will expand on skills learned in previous mates classes, children will learn to float on their front and back unassisted, jump in fully submerged and complete a side glide with assistance . The goal of this lesson is to allow children to become comfortable practicing skills without assistance. This level requires parent participation.
